WPGC SUMMERFEST HEADS TO DC ARMORY JULY 11

Concert features Trey Songz, Day 26 and Hurricane Chris among others

(Washington, DC) – The DC Sports and Entertainment Commission announced today that the WPGC SummerFest, featuring performances by Trey Songz, Day 26 and Hurricane Chris, will be held at the DC Armory on Saturday, July 11. Hosted by WPGC’s own DJ Flexx, WPGC SummerFest will also feature performances by GS Boyz and F.L.Y. along with local favorites such as TCB Band, Reaction Band, XIB Band and Xtasy.

Doors open at 3 p.m. with the concert set for 4 – 10 p.m. All seating is general admission. Tickets are available for $25 through June 27th and $40 thereafter. Advance tickets can be purchased at any Ticketmaster location or at www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets can be purchased at the DC Armory box office on the day of the event only.

The DC Armory is easily accessible by the Metro on the Blue and Orange lines (Stadium-Armory station) and numerous bus lines. Secured parking is also available in Lot 3 for $10 during the event.
